Do one thing for forests
FSC Forest Week (20-26 September) is a global campaign that raises awareness about the importance of responsible forest management, highlighting the Forest Stewardship Council’s (FSC) work and forest stewards’ role in fighting climate change and biodiversity loss.
This year's campaign theme is 'Do one thing for the forests', inspiring consumers to find the one thing they can do that will positively impact our forests, ultimately promoting FSC’s work together.
Why should FSC Certificate and Licence Holders take part in FSC Forest Week?
The campaign is a fantastic opportunity for organisations to promote their FSC Certification/Promotional Licence and to engage with their customers and communities, inviting them to step up for our forests. Our goal is to encourage action to support responsible forest management and show our collective appreciation for forests.
BY TAKING PART, YOU CAN:
- DEMONSTRATE how your organisation helps to safeguard forests, wildlife and our climate.

EDUCATE others by raising awareness of the value of FSC certification and how forests contribute to society’s wellbeing.

INSPIRE consumers to find their one thing for forests, which will collectively deliver large impact for generations to come.
How to take part
FSC Licence Holders can register to take part in the campaign via the FSC Brand Hub.
You will then have access to a collection of content to take part in the campaign campaign, including social media posts, covering different topics to keep your audiences engaged. An email signature banner, digital background, and printable banner will all be provided, so you can support FSC Forest Week any way you want!
You can choose which content to use or you can use the campaign's key visual to create your own content to showcase how your organisation supports responsible forest management. Take a look at our social media wall from last year's campaign for inspiration.
