The Global Client Survey is an opportunity for FSC certificate holders and promotional licence holders to provide feedback on FSC. It is important and extremely valuable for FSC to understand your needs, concerns and priorities. The survey results will help fine-tune our service delivery and the value that FSC provides.
The last survey was conducted in 2018, so this year's survey is going to reveal insights into changing market developments and future trends in a post-pandemic world. Results from the 2018 FSC Global Market Survey report can be found here.
All FSC certificate holders and promotional licence holders who have provided valid contact details will receive the survey invitation today, 22 February 2022. The survey will close on 22 March 2022.
As a token of our thanks for your participation there will be random prize draw of the participants with 5 winners. The winners will receive a package containing a variety of FSC labelled products and will be announced on 24 March 2022. Participation in the draw is voluntary. Please note that FSC reserves the right to cancel the random prize draw at any time. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and is intended for someone whose role is directly linked to the management of your organisation’s FSC certificate or promotional licence.
The survey results will be published in May 2022. We look forward to hearing your views!
