We are Progress Packaging, creative and luxury packaging partners. In short, we work with customers to transform their concepts, specifications, and ideas into a final packaging product, and have been doing so for 25 years.
Here at Progress, we have created a diverse client base consisting of a wide range of customer, from some of the bigger names in motor sport, to independent international fintech banks. Start-ups that are well on their way to reaching their business goals through to start ups that are running out of kitchens/attics/spare rooms or cellars. We produce packaging for some of the educational sector, for British charities, retail, e-commerce and all those in between. From property to pickled jams – we have packaged it all.
25 years has allowed Progress to (excuse the pun), well, progress! A lot has changed in 25 years and you don’t need us to tell you that. To give a little perspective, some of our employees wouldn’t have even been toddling around in nappies when Progress started up, so alongside the ever-changing world that we live in, we’ve adapted the products we sell, the materials we use, the suppliers we partner with, and we’ve grown to set a standard we hope to carry forward for future generations of packaging. One of those standards is FSC.
Clients can request it and we can suggest it, whatever packaging format our clients are looking for, and more often than not we can always supply an alternative to non-sustainable, or non FSC products.
Celebrating the beauty of packaging
The Revealing Beauty boxes were created to celebrate the beauty of packaging, from conception through to the work we do the luxury and sustainable packaging market of today.
For Progress, the theatrical act of opening any package is how we identify opportunity to make a difference at every point of the process. Whether wrapping, protecting and presenting goods for consumers to take away from a store, or through a delivery made direct to their door. We help brands to use every surface, fold and tab as a way to reveal the beauty of their product whilst magnifying the sensation of opening and unwrapping to make packaging work smarter for their business and harder for their consumers. It is with this ambitious willingness to innovate that enables us to help clients of all shapes and sizes to reveal the beauty of any product with the perfect packaging.

FSC Chain of Custody training programme
We work with a chain of suppliers, from forests, through to paper mills and finally factories, ensuring our FSC products pass through this process FSC certified every time, our team of administrators and account handlers take great care in ensuring all the products we sell to our customers end up labelled correctly without any non - conformities along the way.
Understanding the FSC certification process for Progress was very daunting at first for me (Lucy) as the newly appointed Chain of Custody manager. Understanding how we buy the products, how we sell them and label them correctly was a task for both me and our administrative team. But with the help from FSC UK and the utilisation of their free training course for certificate holders, we were able to build an internal training programme of our own, making running FSC projects for clients less admin heavy to run alongside our non FSC projects with ease.
