The world of packaging is in flux and those in the industry are working hard to rethink and reform their products. Testament to this is the record-breaking visitor numbers at the NEC’s Packaging Innovations 2019. The show was buzzing and nowhere more so than on the FSC UK stand, which received hundreds of visitors over the two days of the February event.

FSC is one of the founding members of the Global Platform for Sustainable Natural Rubber (GPSNR), an independent platform that aims to develop a fair, equitable and environmentally sound natural rubber value chain.

The relevant working group is tasked with developing a holistic policy on conversion, as part of implementing Motion 7 (GA2017). It is comprised of six members equally representing economic, environmental and social interests, in addition to equal representation of the global South and global North.
