The National Coppice Federation received funding from the Forestry Commission’s ‘Woods Into Management Forestry Innovation Fund to undertake a coppice mapping Project in England for privately owned woodland.  A number of useful resources have been produced to help landowners interested in taking the next steps towards coppice restoration and management.

Heather Hulse, FSC UK's Training and Outreach Officer, had a great time attending the annual Llais y Goedwig gathering discussing community woodland issues and the benefits of FSC Verified Impact.
